- Here at A.A.I., our goal is to run projects that save and improves children's lives around the world. Right now our focus is in Africa. We work to ensure children have healthcare, food and shelter. We are committed to helping all children achieve their full potential by ensuring they grow up healthy, receive a good Christian education, and stay safe.
