Faith & Developement
Our Children are the future.
Christians schools, and more generally faith-based schools, have played a leading role in educating educating children, youth, and even adults for centuries or even millennia in some countries.
Christian schools typically welcome students from all backgrounds, whether the children are Christian or not. The schools respect democratic principles and aim to work in a transparent and open way. They rely on accepted scientific knowledge and promote critical thinking, freedom, solidarity, and debate in the education they provide.
Here at AAIM we will provides an education of excellence, founded on biblical principles, based on the North American curriculum. Lillian Graced Academy is looking for Christ followers whose hearts are in missions and who want to use their unique teaching skills to teach truth, train minds to impact the future in Kenya, Africa.
Proverbs 22:7
“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.”
Across the world—especially in low-income countries—education systems face a severe learning crisis, further intensified by recent global disruptions. Christian schools are widely recognized for providing high-quality education, not only through strong academic outcomes but also by nurturing socio-emotional development. Teachers and staff place a strong emphasis on care, character formation, and personal growth, creating supportive environments where students are valued, guided, and equipped to thrive both academically and in life.
The belief that every person is equal before God affirms that all individuals regardless of background, origin, or financial means deserve access to quality education. Educational justice is therefore a core principle of Christian education, reflecting a commitment to fairness, dignity, and the holistic development of every individual.
Jesus is my Everything.
